This usually happens if you had any Jetico software (BC Volume Encryption) installed previously. After uninstallation there may be some of traces left in your Registry.
In this case you should use Registry Editor and delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\bcfnt key and then reboot.
