Such message appears if you try to create a container in the root folder or in a system subfolder and BestCrypt Control Panel is started in non-administrator mode .
Please Run BestCrypt Control Panel "as administrator" to resolve the problem.
To ALWAYS run BestCrypt in administrator mode - set 'Run this program as administrator' option for BestCrypt.exe file (right click BestCrypt
icon --> Properties --> Compatibility --> set 'Run this program as administrator' option --> Press OK). However, it is not recommended.
Another solution - create the container in a subfolder instead of root or system folder.
