The problem may be related to the Linux boot loader used in BCWipe TWO (Grub).
If Secure Boot does not accept its signature - the boot process won't proceed.
Please try disabling Secure Boot or switching to Legacy boot mode, if possible.
Some devices may fail to boot if "Enable MS UEFI CA Key" BIOS/UEFI option (or similar) is disabled under the Secure Boot settings.
