Sometimes when booting with Total WipeOut bootable media, SSD drives may not be visible in the list of drives. This may happen for the following reasons.
- If SATA mode option in BIOS is set to RAID, TWO does not detect the disk. The SATA mode must be changed to AHCI.
- if you connect SSD drives through any additional devices or adapters, in some cases there may be a faulty connection. So it's better to connect the SSD drives directly to the motherboard via SATA cables.
- if the BCWipe TWO does not contain the required disk driver. In that case, we use the following way to resolve the problem:
Boot into some Linux-based system on a machine with an undetected disk (make sure that it's detected by the system) and launch this script: https://www.jetico.com/file-downloads/special/systeminfo.sh
It will save your system info and will generate a link. Send it to us.
In that information, we will look for the driver that is used to work with currently undetected disk and will include it in the program.
