Please send us:

1. The output of the get_vinfo utility:

Download our small command-line program "get_vinfo.exe":
https://www.jetico.fi-f.seravo.com/file-downloads/bcve_utilities/get_vinfo.exe

The program should be run from the command-line prompt with the volume letter as a parameter. For example, you put the "get_vinfo.exe" program to C:\tmp and want to collect data about volume E:

Please run "Start -> Accessories -> Command Prompt" program as Administrator and type the following command:
>C:\tmp\get_vinfo.exe E:

The program will save the sectors to several files 'get_vinfo_***' 'tmp' folder.
Send us the files.

2. 'ex_bcldr.exe' files for the volume.

Please download another utility following the link:

Run the program from the command prompt as Administrator as follows:

>C:\tmp\ex_bcldr.exe E:
Where E: is a corrupted volume.

The program will generate files like "bcldr_E_N.bin", where E is volume drive letter and N is a number of the physical sector where contents of the file "bcldr" are found.

Send us the generated files.
