This should be done on the computer where JCM Server is installed.
1) In the Jetico Server Monitor window, stop JCM server (wait for the <Start Server> button to become active).
2) Open command prompt, navigate to the JCM program folder.
3) Run the command bellow (type full path to java.exe if required):

java.exe -jar server.jar resetPassword admin_email_address
4) Hyperlink will be generated - copy it to clipboard. You may close command prompt.
5) Start JCM (wait for the <Stop Server> button to become active).
6) In a browser, paste the copied link into the address bar and follow it.

NOTE: If you need to reset password for BCWipe TWO Enterprise - navigate to the program folder and run the same command, but without email. The password will be reset to "admin".
