The solution helps to configure the system to start JCM server process automatically at system startup.

Also to make the CMD window hidden.

Open Windows Task Scheduler and create a task (menu 'Action'):

On the 'General' tab, assign a name for the task and enable 'Run whether user is logged on or not', 'Run with highest privileges' and 'Hidden' (if you wish to hide the CMD black window).

The 'Trigger' is 'At system startup':

For 'Action' - choose 'Start a program' and browse to the JCM program folder and choose the file 'JSrvMgr.exe' with the parameter   'RunAsProcess Jetico_stopJavaServer '.

The command line is:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Jetico\Jetico Central Manager\JSrvMgr.exe"  RunAsProcess Jetico_stopJavaServer

On 'Settings' tab, you can configure it to automatically start again if it fails:

Click OK to save the task and it will  appear in the list of Windows Tasks:

Now JCM server will be started automatically at system startup.
